This past Sunday morning, John Miller (member of the Minister Search Team) announced that the church board had decided to enter in to an agreemement with the organization NxtStep Church Services and their T.I.P.S. ministry. T.I.P.S. is Transitional Interim Pastor Services, provides a range of services for churches that are seeking a new minister. You can find out more about the T.I.P.S. program at the website link above. As John indicated, some of you may be contacted by NxtStep as they conduct a church assessment.
